Shipping Policy

At Couch Tops, we're always eager to send your order on its way. We'll send a confirmation email your way as soon as your order has been packaged and assigned a tracking number. Our fulfillment team performs a quick quality check before your order leaves our warehouse and enters transit.

Our shipping process is simple and seamless. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information included. When your order arrives at your local post office, we'll send another email with a delivery estimate. Finally, you'll receive one last email letting you know that your order has been delivered.

We do our best to make the shipping process as fast as possible. Most domestic orders take 5-8 business days to arrive once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please email us within the first 24 hours of placing your order. We may not be able to cancel the order if you message us after the first 24 hours.
